Like many other writers, I clicked on the link from The Atlantic to see what of my works had been used by Meta to train AI to write. No surprise when some of my creative pieces turned up (and a whole lot of my science).

The tiny kernel of hilarity was that “Deliverance,” a creative non-fiction piece that appeared decades ago in Harrington Lesbian Literary Quarterly was among the pieces illegally harvested. So while HLLQ folded in 2009, lesbian writing lives on…like ghosts in the machine.
