Two poems out now in SpecPoVerse!
You may be sensing themes in my work–both asteroids and the end of the world appear with some regularity. The dream that became “Asteroid (or the B-movie version of the apocalypse)” had both, what fun! The lucid nature of the dream also inspired the three narrators (regular text, italic text, parenthetical text).
I’m equally excited that Miguel and Michael also chose “dawn at the end.” Even though that poem came to light in an eerie dawn over a year after the asteroid dream, the two pair nicely.
If you’d like some other potential pairings, you can read more on the themes.
